🚀 Enterprise Account Executive

About the Role

We’re looking for a high-impact Enterprise AE to bring in new customers within our enterprise segments.  This isn’t a plug-and-play sales job — it’s about running complex deals, building deep alignment across teams, and becoming a trusted strategic partner to the world’s biggest brands.
You’ll have the freedom to operate like a business owner, combining curiosity, creativity, and commercial instinct to uncover big opportunities and show why Lifesight should be mission-critical to their growth.


What You’ll Do

  • 🎯 Own your book: Drive the full enterprise sales cycle — prospecting, pipeline, negotiation, close, and expansion — for both named target accounts and inbound opportunities.
  • 🧭 Build smart strategies: Create and execute account plans that identify key players, map influence, and align Lifesight’s value to each customer’s top business priorities.
  • đŸ€ Sell consultatively: Lead multi-threaded, cross-functional sales motions across marketing, analytics, finance, and engineering teams.
  • 📈 Grow what you close: Partner with Customer Success to drive adoption, deliver measurable outcomes, and uncover expansion opportunities.
  • 🏆 Get executive buy-in: Tell a compelling story to VPs and C-suite leaders about how Lifesight accelerates growth and improves efficiency.
  • đŸ§© Collaborate deeply: Work hand-in-hand with Solutions Engineers and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing Strategy, Partnerships) to ensure every deal lands with maximum impact.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years in a closing role selling marketing technology/analytics/measurement into enterprise brands
  • A track record of consistently beating quota in complex, multi-stakeholder deals
  • Strong executive-level communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience driving expansion within large accounts
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC (or a similar enterprise framework)
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and events
