Job Description: Web master (1-4 years)
Company: Factori.ai
Department: Marketing
Location: Bangalore, HSR Layout
Work Mode: 5 Days Work From Office

About Factori
Factori is the real-world data layer for enterprise AI. Our real-world intelligence platform connects business decisions and AI systems to aggregated physical-world signals through the Real World Graph. We help enterprise teams bring external context into decisions about locations, markets and customers. Our marketing team is building awareness and qualified demand among multi-location retailers and QSR businesses, starting with the US market.

The role
Make Factori's marketing website a reliable way for enterprise buyers to understand the offer and take the next step. You will build and maintain pages, improve performance, connect forms to the marketing stack and help the team ship conversion improvements quickly. This is a hands-on web development and operations role, working closely with the Growth Lead, PMM Lead and SEO specialist.

What you will own

  • Build and maintain responsive WordPress pages, reusable templates and components for retail solutions, campaigns, customer evidence and resources.
  • Translate approved designs and content into accessible pages with consistent navigation, clear calls to action and a usable mobile experience.
  • Own marketing forms, confirmation states, scheduling links and CRM handoffs. Verify successful submissions, source capture, deduplication and recovery when an integration fails.
  • Implement and validate analytics events and tags with growth colleagues. Distinguish successful lead submission from a button click, prevent duplicate events and respect consent settings.
  • Improve page speed, Core Web Vitals and reliability. Diagnose rendering, caching, asset-loading and plugin issues using browser and monitoring tools.
  • Implement SEO requirements, including redirects, canonicals, sitemaps, metadata, internal links and accurate structured data. Support migrations with a tested URL map and post-release checks.
  • Maintain staging, version control, release checks and rollback procedures. Coordinate hosting, DNS, backups, access and security maintenance with engineering or IT owners.
  • Run measured conversion improvements with the Growth Lead using form diagnostics, user feedback and analytics. Use controlled tests when traffic supports them.

Required AI knowledge and skills

Practical knowledge of using AI in web development, maintenance and quality assurance workflows is required for this role.
  • Proficiency with coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot or equivalents for component development, troubleshooting and integration work.
  • Understanding of how to review and validate AI-generated code for functionality, accessibility, responsiveness, security and performance, including protecting credentials and sensitive information.
  • Ability to structure repeatable AI-assisted workflows for page creation, migration checks or site QA. Knowledge of staging, automated checks, human release review and rollback procedures.
What you bring
  • Experience maintaining a production marketing website and examples of pages or integrations you personally shipped.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WordPress themes, templates and plugins. You can debug beyond a page builder; PHP familiarity is useful.
  • Comfort with Git, browser developer tools, APIs, JSON and webhooks, including diagnosing failed form submissions and integration errors.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO, responsive design and accessibility, plus analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager or PostHog.
  • Practical AI-assisted development experience and the ability to explain, test and maintain the resulting code. You communicate clearly about dependencies and release risk.
Experience with custom WordPress blocks, CRM integrations, automated browser checks or website migrations is useful. Deep product-backend engineering is not a prerequisite.

What success looks like
In your first 90 days, establish a verified website and integration baseline, ship reusable retail and campaign templates, and close the highest-impact defects in priority conversion journeys. We will assess successful form delivery, release quality, page performance, accessibility and publishing turnaround. Conversion improvements are shared with growth, PMM and SEO, and measured on prospect journeys rather than privacy-page traffic.

Why join
You will own a visible part of Factori's enterprise buying experience. The role combines web craft, marketing systems and practical AI-assisted development, with direct feedback from the people using the pages and the teams receiving the leads.
